What to expect

A straightforward path back to better movement

01

Listen first

Your story matters—when the pain started, what makes it worse, and what you want to get back to. That context shapes every decision that follows.

02

Assess how you move

A thorough evaluation looks at strength, mobility, balance, and the movement patterns tied to your symptoms—so treatment targets the real drivers of pain.

03

Build a plan you can follow

You leave with a clear next step: what we will work on in the clinic, what you can do at home, and how we will know you are improving.

04

Progress toward performance

Relief is the starting line. The goal is durable strength, confidence, and the freedom to move through work, sport, and daily life.
