Recently a group of close friends and family have started getting healthy—eating right, daily workouts, and holding each other accountable with fitness progress. As a dad of three I usually put my needs in the background. However I have leaned on my “tribe” to hold me accountable.

Translate this into clinic day to day: patients have taken an interest in their overall wellbeing (outside of their rehab goals) just by catching me at the end of my lunch finishing a workout. They ask questions on overall fitness, how to better themselves, and how to stay accountable.

It has opened my eyes to how much of an impact my actions have for those around me.

The speed of the leader is the speed of the team… Go be strategically quick!
